ICU JPM CLIENT'S CHARTER

ICU JPM will provide excellent service, quality, and integrity in governance best practices to effectively based on the following Charter:


MAIN CORE BUSINESS
1.
To produce performance report of the Five Year Development Plan Project within 3 days upon request.
2.
To produce outcome evaluation program/projects report within 3 months upon agreement to the term of reference.
3.
To response within three days after receiving the agencies application for the outcome evaluation consultation.
4.
To provide advisory, consultative and technical support services for the projects planning, implementation and monitoring within three days upon reques.
5.
To provide answer within three days for the project application received through eKhas.
6.
To provide answer within seven days for application of the Special Project.
7.
To generate list of the poor/hardcore poor within two days upon request.
8.
To response within three days on request to hold SPP II training.
9.
To ensure minimum level of the system and network readiness are at 90% at all time.
10.
To provide initial response within a day for the application/complaints of ICT services received through Call Centre.
11.
To response within 3 days to all public enquiry/complaints

If for some reason ICU JPM could not meet their obligations within the time promised, we will immediately give assurance to the customer to implement the responsibilities in the agreed time”
