CLIENT'S CHARTER

PPPPP will provide excellent service, quality, and integrity in governance best practices to effectively based on the following Charter:


1.
Delivers Information on policies, strategies and programs of the Government to clearly and accurately to the target group
2.
Prepare and distribute the Minutes of the Meeting Within 3 Days
3.
Provides Status Report and Implementation Performance Five Year Development Plan to Stakeholders and Management Every Month
4.
The proposal provides a list of Small Development Projects for Approval of Next Year By the latest On November 1 Current Year
5.
Produces the Power of Attorney Program / ​​Project / supplies / Contribution To The Agency / Unit Within 3 Days After Approval Received
6.
Implement and Completion of Small Development Projects Worth Over RM200,000.00 Down By the latest 6 months from date of Letter of Release
7.
Submit monthly reports Progress on Implementation of Program / Project and Expense Before the 10 th Every Mont
8.
Giving Feedback Question / Complaint Received In The Three ( 3 ) Day
9.
Generate Profile List the Head of Household ( HOH ) Poor / very poor eKasih In Two ( 2 ) Working Days After discussion and approval by Type and Category Information Required by Department / Agency Aid
10.
Processing Fees / Charges Plus Within 3 Days Of Date Receipts Finance Section

If for some reason PPPPP could not meet their obligations within the time promised, we will immediately give assurance to the customer to implement the responsibilities in the agreed time”.
